Correction: the Fathom Street sleeve credits
We credited the wrong printer on a piece about a record sleeve. The correct credit and what we did about it.
On August 14 we published a piece on the making of the Fathom Street sleeve. Two things in the credits table were wrong. Both were our errors rather than anything we were told, and both have been corrected in the piece.

The printer was taken from an earlier draft of the release schedule and never checked against the finished object, which was on the desk at the time. The edition figure came from the same draft. Credits in Sleeve Notes are now read back to the designer before publication, which is what should have been happening from the start given that crediting the designer and the printer is the entire reason the section exists. It is logged in the corrections table.
